I/We hereby agree to accept electronic mail as a method of delivery, to the extent legally permissible, for any and all association correspondence and/or documents required by Federal and State laws and/or The Cove at Yarmouth Resort Hotel Condominium Trust governing documents, to be distributed to members.
Furthermore, I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until The Cove at Yarmouth or management company receives a written notice from the undersigned terminating this authorization.
